A one night only production of the Tony-nominated Broadway hit ‘[title of show]’ by Hunter Bell and Jeff Bowen will be performed this July.

This week marks the thirteenth anniversary of the opening night of the Tony Award-winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone at Broadway's Marquis Theatre! To celebrate the occasion, we're throwing it back to the show's opening night featuring Broadway favorites including Sutton Foster and 2019 Tony Award nominee Beth Leavel. The Actors Fund announced today that the beloved fan favorite and critically acclaimed musical [title of show] will once again be heard on Broadway in a reunion concert on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 7:30 pm at The Broadhurst Theatre (235 W 44th Street, NYC). This one-night only reunion will star original cast members Hunter Bell, Susan Blackwell, Heidi Blickenstaff and Jeff Bowen along with musical director Larry Pressgrove. All proceeds will benefit The Actors Fund.

The ninth annual Israeli Film Festival opens Sunday, July 8, 2018 at the Axelrod Performing Arts Center in Deal Park, NJ. This year's festival features eight award-winning films from Israel and the United States, covering topics as diverse as espionage, love, family, hidden secrets, the founding of Israel, and the Holocaust. The festival's mission is to spotlight outstanding new films created by Israeli and/or Jewish filmmakers that celebrate the personal, political, and/or cultural experience of being Jewish.

A new title has been added to Goodspeed Musicals 2018 season. The multi-Tony Award-winning The Drowsy Chaperone - an entertaining and uplifting show-within-a-show that's perfect for musical theater fans everywhere - will replace the previously announced production of Bullets Over Broadway.

Performed by actors in grades 4-12, the young company Summer Festival includes 6 fully staged productions: family friendly Doctor Dolittle Jr., upbeat and classic High School Musical, and the quintessential Broadway musical Guys and Dolls. Our high school students continue the fun with the dazzling and ingenious Peter and the Starcatcher, hilarious toe-tapping The Drowsy Chaperone, and the powerful and political Cabaret.

Limelight Performing Arts, in partnership with Studio 3 Performing Arts, will give audiences a taste of American musical comedy in the Roaring 20's with a youth production of The Drowsy Chaperone, which runs April 21 through May 7 at Studio 3's Artspace Theatre in Gilbert. Scott Hart, renowned producer, director and actor brings the hit show, 'A Christmas Story - The Musical' to the Barn Theatre in Montville from November 21st through December 13th.

Last night, the Producers Guild of America (PGA) announced this year's winning motion picture and television productions at the 25th Annual Producers Guild Awards ceremony at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

Earlier this week, the cast of A CHRISTMAS STORY, THE MUSICAL went to the 'Good Morning America' studios where they taped a special medley featuring 'It All Comes Down To Christmas' and 'Somewhere Hovering Over Indiana.' Airing this Friday, December 20, the performance features Erin Dilly, Jake Lucas, Noah Baird and David Scott Purdy as The Parker Family with kids ensemble Charlie Babbo, Hannah Bautista, Beada Briglia, Judae'a Brown, Michael Crispi, Alexa Niziak, Luke Spring and Nicky Torchia.
