Rubicon Theatre Company has revealed cast and creative team of the World Premiere of Somebody to Love: A New Musical that will play the Karyn Jackson Theater in Ventura, California.

Live at Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater, programming from February 9 through February 22 will feature a wide range of jazz, cabaret, and Broadway artists.

The DC theatre community and artists across the United States are mourning the loss of  the visionary musical theatre and choreography genius, LaVerne Reed. A student of Maria “Libby” Hill (Apollo Theatre, Nicholas Brothers) Reed began her arts exploration as a young girl, eventually landing at The Juilliard School and later Howard University.
