Last night, the fifth night of the Creative Art Emmys wrapped up this year's virtual ceremony.

The Psychedelic Film and Music Festival has announced the award winners for its inaugural event which featured a lineup of science fiction, horror, fantasy and virtual reality films, music and stage performances and panel discussions that explored the altered states of consciousness and truth behind the vibrant and enduring psychedelic culture. The festival included performances by Simon Boswell with The AND, Psychic Ills, Heaven, Michael Tapper, Roosevelt Island and Nosh and special appearances by Robert Barnhart, Mark Becker, Dr. Dennis McKenna, Shane Mauss and other special guests notable for breakthroughs in the psychedelic community. The festival took place at venues throughout New York City from October 1-7, 2018.

The Psychedelic Film and Music Festival will hold its inaugural event featuring a lineup of science fiction, horror, fantasy, surrealist and virtual reality films, music and stage performances and panel discussions set to explore the altered states of consciousness and truth behind the vibrant and enduring psychedelic culture. Highlights include the two-night world premiere of Psychonautics: A Comic's Exploration Of Psychedelics with comedian Shane Mauss participating in post-screening discussions on October 4th and October 6th. The event will also debut festival director Daniel Abella's emotional stage production of Timothy X's Psychedelic Journey From PTSD To Wellness, which follows a soldier's path to recovery through psycho-dramatic experiences. In addition, musical performances by Simon Boswell with The AND, Psychic Ills, Heaven, Michael Tapper, Roosevelt Island and Nosh will be held alongside appearances by researchers Dr. Dennis McKenna, Robert Barnhart and other special guests notable for breakthroughs in the psychedelic community. Premiering at venues in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, the festival will run October 1-6.

Six awards for excellence in design achievement will be presented to individual designers and design teams by Live Design magazine on Monday, June 13, 2016 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer in New York City.
