The Triad Re-Launches as STAGE 72, 11/7

After five years of ongoing renovations, the popular Upper West Side performance space the Triad Theater (158 West 72nd Street) officially re-launches today as STAGE 72 as a part of the New York Comedy Festival, which will include performances and appearances by Susie Essman, Meredith Vieira, two special editions of Celebrity Autobiography featuring Janeane Garofalo, Tony Danza, Mario Cantone, SNL alum Rachel Dratch, and more.

Comedy Central Announces 30 SECONDS OVER WASHINGTON, Starring Kyle Kinane

It's election season, which means TVs are being barraged with political ads and campaign videos, many of which are unintentionally funny and just plain weird. In an effort to decipher these ridiculous political videos, COMEDY CENTRAL's Indecision has launched '30 Seconds Over Washington,' a new digital original series starring comedian Kyle Kinane. The brand's newest digital series is a revamp of the HBO original and interstitial programming starring Bill Maher and Dennis Miller, which premiered prior to the 1996 elections. (more...)

Nicholas Rodriguez Joins Cast of LOST IN LOVE Reading, 6/5

Nicholas Rodriguez, known to soap audiences as Nick Chavez on ABC's "One Life to Live" for which he received a GLAAD Media Award, has joined the cast of "LOST IN LOVE" the Air Supply musical for the sold-out staged reading on June 5 to benefit The Actors Fund.
