French Riviera Film Festival Rescheduled To June 2020

In response to the growing concern worldwide about the covid-19 pandemic, Cloud21 International and Kultura PR International, producers of the French Riviera Film Festival (FRFF), have announced that the second annual edition of the festival will be rescheduled to June 8 and 9, 2020 with screenings at Laemmle Film Center in Santa Monica, California and exclusive parties and award ceremony at S Bar Brentwood, California.

The Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry at the University of Connecticut will present the grand opening of its new exhibitions Paul Vincent Davis and the Art of Puppet Theater and Shakespeare and Puppetry on Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, with refreshments at noon followed by a free tour of the new exhibitions at 12:30 p.m. All events will take place at the Ballard Institute, located at 1 Royce Circle in Downtown Storrs. The exhibition will be on display through Sunday, June 7, 2020.

As part of its 2020 Spring Puppet Performance Series, the Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry at the University of Connecticut is pleased to present Paul Vincent Davis's Raccoon Tales, performed by Brad Shur of Paper Heart Puppets on Feb. 29, 2020 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Ballard Institute Theater, located at 1 Royce Circle in Downtown Storrs. The Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry at the University of Connecticut will host its 2020 Spring Puppet Performance Series on four Saturdays from February to May 2020, featuring outstanding works of puppet theater by professional puppeteers from across New England and beyond.
