CinemaLive and Digital Theatre have just announced Maria Friedman's award-winning production of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth's MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG as the first production to be distributed as part of the West End Theatre Series.

The Headlong and Almeida Theatre's five star sold-out co-production of Lucy Kirkwood's new play Chimerica will transfer to the Harold Pinter Theatre tonight, 6 August for a strictly limited 11 week run with booking to 19 October 2013. Directed by Lyndsey Turner, Chimerica received its world premiere at The Almeida Theatre where it has subsequently been acclaimed by critics and audiences alike. Set designs are by Es Devlin with costumes by Christina Cunningham, lighting by Tim Lutkin, sound by Carolyn Downing and video design by Finn Ross. Chimerica will be produced in the West End by Sonia Friedman Productions, Bob Bartner/Norman Tulchinand Jean Doumanian.

Tim Carroll's critically-acclaimed sell-out productions of Twelfth Night and Richard III, which recouped within a few weeks of opening in the West End, will complete their run at the Apollo Theatre on 10 February as scheduled. Mark Rylance, who plays Olivia in Twelfth Night and the title role of Richard III, is joined by Stephen Fry as Malvolio in Twelfth Night.

Richard III runs at the Apollo Theatre now through February 10, 2013. Directed by Tim Carroll, this revival of the Globe's 2002 award-winning TWELFTH NIGHT is performed in an all-male Original Practices production, exploring clothing, music, dance and settings circa 1601. Check out production photos inside!

Trevor Nunn directs Alan Ayckbourn's A Chorus of Disapproval opening at the Harold Pinter Theatre this Autumn. The cast comprises Rob Brydon, Nigel Harman, Ashley Jensen, Jessica Ellerby, Barrie Rutter, Paul Thornley, Susan Tracy, Banham, Daisy Beaumont, Georgia Brown, Rob Compton, Matthew Cottleand Steven Edis.

Trevor Nunn is to direct Rob Brydon, Nigel Harman and Ashley Jensen in Alan Ayckbourn's A CHORUS OF DISAPPROVAL, opening at the Harold Pinter Theatre in the Autumn. Simon Callow has brought his highly acclaimed show BEING SHAKESPEARE to the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre at the Broadway Playhouse for a limited engagement through April 29, 2012. In BEING SHAKESPEARE, Simon brings to life Shakespeare's unforgettable characters as well as the real man behind the legend. The play had a record-breaking run in the West End last summer, following a hugely successful tour and staging at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2010.
