Founding Artistic Director George Strus has announced the complete cast and additional creative team members for the inaugural Breaking the Binary Theatre Festival. Curated by Strus, Dominique Rider and Josephine Kearns, Breaking the Binary Theatre Festival will feature seven evenings of work created and developed by TNB2S+ theatermakers.

Ato Blankson-Wood (Tony nominee Slave Play), Asmeret Ghebremichael (Book of Mormon, Legally Blonde), Nora Schell (Jagged Little Pill) and Kara Young (Tony nominee Clyde’s) will take part in Broadway Advocacy Coalition's Arts in Action Festival, set to take place at 7pm on Sunday, July 24 at the Manhattan School of Music.

Announced today is Millennials Are Killing Musicals, a new musical written by NAMT and Drama League Award-winner Nico Juber, which will receive an industry reading on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 11:00am and 2:00pm at Open Jar Studios, and will be presented in a public concert on Monday, April 4th at 9:30pm at Feinstein’s/54 Below.

Transgender actor and creator of Trans Voices Cabaret, Donnie Cianciotto (he/them, SOUTHERN COMFORT), presents YOU ARE LOVED - A CONCERT BENEFITING TRANS YOUTH IN TEXAS on Wed, April 13th 2022 at 7:00 pm at The Green Room 42 starring transgender and nonbinary performers along with some of Broadway's biggest cis allies.
