The first annual Broadway Bee, featuring Paige Davis (Chicago), Laura Michelle Kelly (Finding Neverland), Tony winner Christian Borle (Something Rotten), and Jose Llana (The King and I) took place just last night at The Cutting Room (44 E. 32nd St). Proceeds benefit Broadway Bound Kids, a NYC performing arts education organization. Ten teams, each representing a Broadway show, were encouraged to pull out all the stops to correctly spell the words. The more funds each team raised, the more they were allowed to cheat!

Tickets are now on sale via Audience Rewards for TRIP OF LOVE, a new dance musical spectacle inspired by and set to the biggest hit songs of the 1960s. Created, directed and choreographed by James Walski, TRIP OF LOVE will open this fall at Stage 42, formerly The Little Shubert Theater (422 West 42nd St). TRIP OF LOVE begins previews on Saturday, September 26 2015, and officially opens on October 18, 2015. The exclusive Audience Rewards pre-sale begins today, July 23, and goes through Sunday, July 26. If crowd appeal is any indication of a show's worth, Wicked is a multimillion-dollar treasure. WICKED's second national tour, 'The Munchkinland Tour,' flew into the Fox Theatre on Wednesday, February 18 to play a 3-week engagement, marking the show's fourth engagement at the historic Atlanta venue. Not surprisingly, this production did not disappoint.
