Nick Vatterott to Play Four Shows at Comix At Foxwoods, Begin. 8/1

Chicago Magazine's 'Funniest Man in Chicago,' Nick Vatterott, will visit Comix at Foxwoods for the first time for four shows Thursday, Aug. 1 to Saturday, Aug. 3. Vatterott will take the stage at 8 p.m. nightly for his first three performances, before wrapping up the weekend with a 'nasty'-themed appearance for his final outrageous performance on Aug. 3 at 10:30 p.m. (more...)

PARKS & REC's Nick Offerman Set for Comix At Foxwoods, 9/5

Comix At Foxwoods will welcome the multitalented Nick Offerman to the Fox Theater stage on Thursday, Sept. 5 at 9 p.m. Tickets will become available for presale through Comix and Ticketmaster on Wednesday, June 26 at 10 a.m., and regular tickets will go on sale Friday, June 28 at 10 a.m. Fans can purchase tickets in advance for $30, $40 and $50. The Town Hall is proud to announce the season finale of Broadway by the Year featuring The Broadway Musicals of 1988, includingThe Phantom of the Opera, Chess, Legs Diamond, Romance Romance, Carrie, and More! Scott Siegel, the creator, writer, and host of Broadway by the Year has selected a half dozen performers to star in the concert, including Howard McGillin, who holds the record for playing 'The Phantom' longer than any other actor in Broadway history. He will be joined by one of his Christines, Jennifer Hope Wills. Drama Desk Nominees Farah Alvin (The Marvelous Wonderettes) and Kevin Earley (Death Takes a Holiday) return toBroadway by the Year. Lisa Brescia, who starred on Broadway in Twyla Tharp's The Times They Are A-Changin', as Elphaba in Wicked, and as Donna in Mamma Mia! makes her Broadway by the Year debut and favorite Scott Coulter will direct and star in the concert. Sharr White uses scaling the mountain range as a symbol in his new play Annapurna now at the Odyssey through June 9.
