BWW Blog: Neka Zang of Broadway's ROCK OF AGES - Reminiscing by Guest Blogger: Neka Zang - Oct 25, 2012
Maybe it is my reaction to the rain pouring down outside my window. Perhaps it's because I am under the weather, sick, uncomfortably wrapped under the warm and protective covers of my bed as I write this. But I am feeling extremely nostalgic today, recalling my days as a kid; a big dreamer standing on awkwardly skinny legs. You see, being sick as an adult sucks because there is no one there to take care of you! Mom? Dad? Where are you? (more...)

BWW Blog: Neka Zang of Broadway's ROCK OF AGES - Travel and Theatre Life by Guest Blogger: Neka Zang - Oct 20, 2012
I have had another fantastic week! And today I'm gearing up for the weekend! As I mentioned in my last blog, usually on my days off, I tend to 'nerd out'. Often I spend time at The American Museum of Natural History (and this Wednesday was no exception). On this occasion, I took my good friend and castmate Tessa Alves with me, and we headed straight to the Planetarium show. I have seen this spectacular exhibit three times, and each time I see it, I become re-inspired with life, and I always leave with a sense of inner peace and tranquility. If you like science or have interest in learning more about our Universe, then you need to see this show. (more...)

BWW Blog: Greg Reuter - Rehearsal Laughs and Note Nodding by Guest Blogger: Greg Reuter - Oct 18, 2012
Hey readers! Today's blog should be fun. If it's not fun, I guarantee it will be informative (I don't think anyone has formally documented these two theatre phenomenons). I have to give a shout out to my pal Chris Hoch, who is always willing to debate these fringe theatre subjects in the dressing room! (more...)

BWW Blog: Neka Zang of Broadway's ROCK OF AGES - Rockin' with Guy Fieri! by Guest Blogger: Neka Zang - Oct 13, 2012
How was your week? I am gearing up for the weekend, which means 5 shows over at Rock of Ages. For me, that means lots of green tea, working out, and maybe a few chocolate covered espresso beans! That's how I keep my stamina going for such a high energy show. I also am a big advocate of eating healthy - not just to look great in my costumes, but for energy and well being. (I'll touch upon that a bit more next week!) (more...)

BWW Blog: Neka Zang of Broadway's ROCK OF AGES - Rocking the Boot Campaign by Guest Blogger: Neka Zang - Oct 06, 2012
Happy hump day. Actually, for me it is not hump day but rather my only day off during the week. Rock of Ages has a different schedule compared to other Broadway shows. We are dark on Wednesdays rather than Mondays. It works out so great that way for us, as it gives me the opportunity to be an audience member at other Broadway shows that I want to see on my day off.
