'LOVE SONGS' continued to seduce New Yorkers every Saturday evening for the last number of weeks, on Saturday, March 28th, Barbour played his final concert before heading into rehearsals for Paper Mill Playhouse's 1776. FIDDLER ON THE ROOF is the Tony Award? winning musical that captured the hearts of people all over the world with its universal appeal. Broadway leading lady Rachel York, most recently seen in the world premiere musical Turn of the Century at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, has added several new engagements to her symphony concert schedule. Now through July, the versatile stage, screen, and recording artist will be a guest soloist performing the works of Bernstein, Sondheim, Gershwin, Rodgers and Hammerstein, and Andrew Lloyd Webber with major orchestras across the country.
