This summer the Harbor Lights Theater Company has announced its production of Oliver!, the tale of the orphan who dared to ask for more, based on the beloved novel by Charles Dickens. A reading of MY LIFE IS A MUSICAL, a new musical by Adam Overett with direction by Marlo Hunter and music direction by Christopher D. Littlefield, will be presented at the Soho Playhouse at 7:00pm on Monday, February 11, as part of the TRU New Voices Musical Reading Series.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Tuesday, January 29th, Broadway Sessions will celebrate the birthday of theatrical manager Michael Einfeld with a special concert featuring performances from his clients and friends.

Primary Stages Einhorn School of Performing Arts (ESPA), the company's professional training school, has announced its Fall 2012 schedule of classes now open for enrollment. ESPA will offer new classes including Comedy Writing, Advanced Libretto and Lyric Writing and Dialects 2: Russian. ESPA will also be offering two new workshops: Writing for TV: Making the Transition from Stage to Screen and The Pilot. Additionally, Tanya Barfield, whose show The Call is part of Primary Stages mainstage 2012-2013 season, will be teaching a special workshop, Finding Your First Draft.
