Village Theatre Announces 42ND STREET Cast Including Sawyer, Bogar, Marsh & More

Village Theatre has announced casting for their production of the tap dancing spectacular 42ND STREET, directed by Steve Tomkins. This production will have one preview performance in Issaquah on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, and will officially open the following evening, running May 13-July 3, 2010 in downtown Issaquah, July 9-August 1, 2010 in downtown Everett.

The Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's production of THE GARDEN OF RIKKI-TIKKI-TAVI adapted by Y York from Rudyard Kipling will perform 'Off the Hill' at 15 community arts centers across the region from March 27 through April 25. It will also be part of the Rosenthal Next Generation Theatre Series at the Playhouse on March 27 and April 3.

Village Theatre is pleased to announce the directors and music directors for next season's highly anticipated theatre line up. Artistic director Steve Tomkins gave his directorial debut at Village Theatre in the 1988. This upcoming season marks his seventeenth season with Village Theatre, after having been nominated for an NAACP Award for his work in a Los Angeles production of the new musical City Kid. Tomkins is set to direct three of next season's musical productions.
