Max Chernin was most recently seen in 'Really Bad Things' at NYMF this year as well the annual Broadway's Rising Stars concert at Town Hall. He is a Cleveland, Ohio native and recent graduate of CCM. Other credits include: Rent (Collins), Falsettos (Mendel), Make Me a Song (Man 1), The History Boys (Timms), and Blues Clues Live! (Slippery Soap).

The Town Hall, New York's landmark theatre and concert venue continued the 6th Annual Summer Broadway Festival, with Broadway's Rising Stars last night, July 23rd at 8pm. The next generation of Broadway performers were chosen during auditions throughout the spring and come from theatrical institutions across the country, including AMDA, CAP21, Steinhardt, Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, Carnegie Mellon, Marymount and The New School. These young future performers then made their auspicious debut on The Town Hall stage in what has now become regarded as the country's national showcase.

The New York Theatre Festival special event production of the new musical Really Bad Things, starring Catherine LeFrere, Kevin Kraft, Robert J. Townsend and Mike Backes, begins performances July 12 at 4:30pm at the PTC Performance Space.
