Miller Theatre at Columbia University School of the Arts Awarded 2013 Chamber Music America / ASCAP Award for Adventurous Programming

Chamber Music America announced Monday that Miller Theatre at Columbia University is a winner of the 2013 CMA/ASCAP Awards for Adventurous Programming. Miller Theatre, which has earned international renown for its support of new music and innovative programming, won in the large presenter category for contemporary music. In all, Miller is one of five presenters that will be recognized at the awards ceremony on January 20, 2013 as part of Chamber Music America's 35th annual conference. (more...)

Contemporary classical ensemble Musiqa has received the Chamber Music Association/American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (CMA/ASCAP) Award for Adventurous Programming of contemporary music for 2013. The award, one of the most prestigious music awards in the nation, is given to just eight recipients annually. (more...)
