Members of the original Broadway company of LENNON, which opened on Broadway in 2005, will reunite for a concert presentation of the musical at Feinstein's/54 Below on Monday, October 9th, 2017, at 9:30pm.

Tony Award winners Alice Ripley (Next to Normal), Judy Kaye (The Phantom of the Opera), Wayne Cilento (Wicked), and more, recently joined the Broadhurst Theatre's centennial birthday bash at Feinstein's/54 Below tonight, August 16th, 2017, at 7:00 pm & 9:30 pm.

Second Stage Theatre's 35th Anniversary Gala celebration just honored Carole Rothman, Artistic Director of Second StageTheatre, for her 35 years of supporting new works and artistic development in New York City theatre. This year's rock n' roll themed gala was attended by over 250 Second Stage Alumni who have worked at Second Stage Theatre during the past 35 years, from Brooke Adams and Polly Draper who appeared in the very first season, to cast members from the currently running The Substance of Fire and the upcoming American Hero which will make its New York premiere this summer at Second Stage Uptown. Amas Musical Theatre, in association with Scandobean Productions, LLC, presents a new musical with book, music and lyrics by David Rossmer and Steve Rosen entitled The Other Josh Cohen. It is directed by Tony Award-winning Ted Sperling, with choreography by Andrew Palermo and musical direction by Vadim Feichtner. Deadline reports that stage vet Marcy Harriell has joined the cast of the Showtime comedy series NURSE JACKIE in a recurring story arc. She will join recently announced new cast member Morris Chestnut on the series.

Stimulate your senses this summer as everything is growing over at Rockwell: Table & Stage with For The Record: Boogie Nights. The space at 1714 N Vermont Ave no longer operates under three distinct names but instead the entire venue will be referred to as Rockwell: Table & Stage and includes a bi-level outdoor dining space as well as a newly remodeled live music performance space. While renovations will continue throughout the summer, "For The Record" co-creators Shane Scheel and Christopher Lloyd Bratten choose to present a show adapted from the works of multiple Academy Award-nominated Los Angeles director Paul Thomas Andersonfor a summer experience that Angelenos will not easily forget. The show has just been extended through August 11, 2012.

Robert Spencer performed songs from several of Second Stage's most memorable musicals for a one-night-only benefit, A MOMENT WITH YOU, last night April 4, 2011 at Hammerstein Ballroom. The evening honored Second Stage Theatre Board Member Donna Perret Rosen. Stephen Sondheim served as the evening's Honorary Chair.
