The full performer line-up for Disney on Broadway at the 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts has been announced!

Following her Emmy nomination for voicing the Queen of Hearts, Eden Espinosa is back with more singing, laughing, and baking in new episodes of Alice's Wonderland Bakery! We caught up with Espinosa to discuss her Emmy nomination, going from acting onstage to being alone in the recording booth, and the Broadway future of the musical Lempicka.

The best of Broadway was at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre on Thursday, where The Piano Lesson, directed by Tony Award nominee LaTanya Richardson Jackson and starring Samuel L. Jackson, John David Washington, and Danielle Brooks, opened on Broadway. Broadway Inspirational Voices (BIV) has announced additional line-up for the BETTER DAYS: Fundraising Cocktail Party and Award Ceremony on October 24, 2022 at 7:00pm in the heart of Times Square. BIV will be honoring with special awards Tony Award winner André De Shields (Death of a Salesman, Becoming Lincoln, Hadestown), Tony Award winner LaChanze (The Color Purple, Producer:TopDog/Underdog, Kimberly Akimbo), and three-time Tony Award winner Alex Lacamoire (VIVO, Dear Evan Hansen, Hamilton) for being true agents of INSPIRATION using the arts as a conduit for social change.

The American Songbook Association has a new award named after its founder, and they will give it to Eric Michael Gillett, who has earned it.

The Emelin Theatre for the Performing Arts is celebrating its 50th anniversary year with a Gala on November 3 featuring Broadway Star Mandy Gonzalez (Hamilton, In The Heights, Wicked).

Celebrated singer and songwriter Peabo Bryson, two time Rock and Roll inductee Graham Nash, dance companies Pilobolus and Flamenco Vivo, and Broadway stars Megan Hilty, Mandy Gonzalez and Javier Muñoz are just a few of the artists set to appear at the Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts at Pepperdine University during its 2022–2023 season. 

Javier Muñoz and Mandy Gonzalez, the Broadway stars of “Hamilton” and “In the Heights,” will join voices on Sept. 24 at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts in a special performance.

Jennie Harney-Fleming will be taking over the role of Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton on Broadway beginning September 13th. She will be replacing current Angelica, Mandy Gonzalez. Harney-Fleming has starred in the Broadway production and national tour productions of Hamilton, taking on the roles of Maria Reynolds, Peggy, Angelica, and Eliza Hamilton.

SiriusXM Broadway host Seth Rudetsky has announced the first of the summer streaming concert series lineup. Stars set for May and June include Judy Kuhn, Morgan James, Mandy Gonzalez, and Tony Yazbeck.
