SHOWTIME has added indie pop artists BØRNS and GIVERS to its three-day music line-up featuring 27 bands at the ROADIES House during the South by Southwest (SXSW) Music, Film and Interactive Festival

SHOWTIME has released the official trailer for its highly-anticipated, new music series ROADIES, the first television series written, created, directed and executive produced by Oscar® winner Cameron Crowe.

SHOWTIME is celebrating music's unsung heroes at the South By Southwest (SXSW) Music, Film and Interactive Festival, in honor of Oscar® winner Cameron Crowe's new music series ROADIES, premiering on the network this summer.

Principal photography has wrapped on Academy Award nominated actor Greg Kinnear's directorial debut PHIL, a dark comedy written by Stephen Mazur, (Liar, Liar) which also stars Kinnear and Emily Mortimer (The Newsroom).

Showtime is boarding The Staton-House Band bus - the network has picked up the highly anticipated pilot ROADIES to series with 10 episodes. Oscar® winner Cameron Crowe will write, direct and executive produce. Emmy® and Tony® nominee Winnie Holzman (My So-Called Life,Wicked) will executive produce. The music-infused, one-hour ensemble comedy is a backstage look into the lives of a tight-knit group of rock band 'roadies.' ROADIES will premiere across all Showtime platforms in 2016, including on linear, On Demand and over the internet. The series will go into production early next year.

The new film “Meadowland” follows a couple played by Olivia Wilde and Luke Wilson through the heart-wrenching aftermath of the kidnapping of their child.

Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) is developing an explosive new event series from Gina Prince-Bythewood (“Beyond the Lights,” “The Secret Life of Bees,” “Love & Basketball”) and Reggie Rock Bythewood (“Beyond the Lights,” “Notorious”), that examines the dangerous aftermath of a police shooting when an African-American cop kills a white teen in Tennessee.

Driven by a powerful, career-high performance by Olivia Wilde (Her; Drinking Buddies; Rush), the film also features Luke Wilson (Ride; Skeleton Twins; Anchorman; The Family Stone), Elisabeth Moss (Mad Men, Listen Up Philip; The One I Love; Get Him To The Greek), Giovanni Ribisi (Results; Selma; Public Enemies; A Million Way To Die In The West), Ty Simpkins (Jurassic World, Iron Man 3, Insidious) and John Leguizamo (Chef; Ride Along; John Wick; American Ultra). The script was written by Chris Rossi, and features a score by Adam Taylor (August: Osage County).
