Auli'i Cravalho joins 'Queering The Gala: A benefit for Ring Of Keys' alongside other artists to celebrate the sixth anniversary of Ring Of Keys, a national network of queer women, trans, and gender non-conforming professional artists in musical theatre. The Comedians with Disabilities Act (CWDA) makes its debut at SF Sketchfest at the Alameda Comedy Club. This comedy troupe, founded by the late comedian Michael O'Connell, features talented comedians with disabilities sharing their unique perspectives.

Angela Bassett, Dan Stevens, Matthew Modine, Bill Camp and McKinley Belcher III have been cast in the conspiracy thriller ZERO DAY, coming soon to Netflix. Additional actors joining the limited series are Gaby Hoffman, Clark Gregg and Mark Ivanir.

Amanda Seyfried has revealed that she would 'kill' to do Mean Girls on Broadway with Lindsay Lohan and the original film's cast. While they both agreed that a sequel film does not seem likely in the near future, Seyfried offered an alternative plan in which the cast would reunite to play their roles in the musical.

Michael Shannon will be making his directorial debut with Eric Larue, a movie based on the Brett Neveu play that debuted in 2002 at A Red Orchid Theatre in Chicago. Neveu is also adapting the script.

SF Sketchfest, co-founded and directed by David Owen, Cole Stratton and Janet Varney, the longest-running comedy festival in the U.S. The event mixes major comedy stars and up-and-coming comedians from around the world for sketch, stand-up, alternative comedy, music, improv, films, tributes, live podcasts, workshops, and panel discussions.

Classified follows Ivan, who arrives at the mysterious Ravenholm Institute to be treated when Lark, the voice in his head, says he can help Ivan break out. He and Lark then organize the other eclectic patients to escape and take down Doctor Bell, the shadowy woman in charge of their “recovery.”
