This year, celebrated Japanese American drumming group TAIKOPROJECT celebrates its 25th Anniversary with a special one night only performance at Walt Disney Concert Hall.

The Women’s Media Center’s 20th Anniversary Women’s Media Awards to be held on Thursday, June 5th at the JW Marriott Essex House Hotel in New York City and will honor Geralyn White Dreyfous, S. Mitra Kalita, Imani Perry, and more.

Jane Fonda, Robin Morgan, and Gloria Steinem— the Co-Founders of The WOMEN’S MEDIA CENTER — have announced the honorees for the 2024 Women’s Media Awards, to be held on Thursday, September 19th, at the JW Marriott Essex House in New York City. They include America Ferrera, Yamiche Alcindor, Donna Deitch, and more.

Lisa Ling, an award-winning journalist and producer, has been named a CBS News contributor, it was announced by Neeraj Khemlani, president and co-head of CBS News and Stations. Ling will contribute her distinctive reporting and feature pieces across CBS News broadcasts and platforms.
