Tonight, April 13th, The 24 Hour Company is teaming with the Exchange, an off-Broadway theater company, to create the seventh 24 Hour Musicals. A team of more than 100 - including stars from Broadway, film, television, and music - will cast, write, compose, direct, rehearse, tech, and perform four original musicals - all in the obscenely short time between an evening meet-and-greet on Sunday, April 12 and show time tonight, April 13 at 8pm. The event benefits the Exchange's summer program, The Orchard Project, which incubates and accelerates innovative new theatrical work from around the world.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestra's begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven- o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Seth Sikes, who is returning for a third time to 54 Below, after two sold-out concerts, will welcome popular actress/singer Nellie McKay for a selection of songs during his show Seth Sikes Is Still Singing Judy Garland. Seth's performance celebrates some of Judy Garland's most celebrated songs - some of which he will sings in her key. Best known in the theater as an Assistant Director (on shows like The Nance, Tribes, and Pageant), Sikes gets on the stage this time with a seven-piece band to recount how Garland captivated him as a young boy in Paris, TX, and to sing some of her greatest hits.

Best known in the theater as an Assistant Director (on shows like The Nance, Tribes, and Pageant), Sikes gets on the stage this time with a seven-piece band to recount how Garland captivated him as a young boy in Paris, Texas and to sing some of her greatest hits. Seth has added several new Garland favorites to his set list.

The Cape Playhouse Producer and Chief Executive, Mark Cuddy, today announced four of the six shows for the much anticipated 2015 Summer Season, the historic Playhouse's 89th. In revealing the titles, he stated "We are excited that all six of our shows will be Cape Playhouse premieres! And continuing the tradition we have established over the previous 88 seasons, we will treat our audiences to both classic and contemporary entertainment."

The Carlyle, a Rosewood Hotel, continues to be home court for Jim Caruso & Billy Stritch. They are back at Bemelmans Bar for an extended Sunday night residency. The performances build upon their recent run of shows in the intimate, storied New York City lounge, favorites not only of music fans and critics, but also of fellow artists. Jim Caruso & Billy Stritch shows are a place where some of the city's foremost entertainers go to commune with their own-and sometimes sit-in for a song or two-on their nights off.
