Using a combination of American Sign Language and singing, actor-vocalist William Martinez's SIGNing The Song shares the story of a boy who grew up in a deaf household with little exposure to TV, radio, or movies.

Profiles in History, an auction house located in Southern California, announced on Wednesday that Liza Minnelli would be auctioning off more than 1,000 items from her personal collection of items, including items that belonged to her mother, Judy Garland, and her filmmaker father, Vincente Minnelli, in the auction dubbed 'Love, Liza'. The dazzling list of items includes her signature Cabaret costume -- the classic bowler hat, boots, and halter top vest included -- and her Cabaret script, complete with her hand-written annotations. In addition to these, the 'Love, Liza' auction will also include her 1971 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow.

Broadway's Marissa Jaret Winokur will be joining the cast of Celebrity Big Brother next season, according to Entertainment Weekly. Winokur won the 2003 Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical, Drama Desk Award, Theatre World Award, and Outer Critics Circle Award for her performance as Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray. She had previously appeared on Broadway as Jan in the revival of Grease. She reprised the role of Tracy Turnblad in the Hollywood Bowl production of Hairspray, which ran from August 5-7, 2011.

Audience members at Friday's performance of Something Rotten received quite the treat when Adam Pascal, currently appearing as Rotten's very own pretty boy front man, William Shakespeare, performed One Song Glory to benefit fundraising efforts for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Pascal first performed the famous tune on Broadway when he originated the role of Roger in the original production of Jonathan Larson's iconic musical about a group of friends and artists struggling to survive in New York City in the midst of the AIDS crisis.
