Weston Theater Company brings JUNIE B. JONES: THE MUSICAL to the stage.

The King's Head Theatre has announced the full lineup for its Pride fundraiser, OUTINGS, with performances on June 7, 9, 14, and 21.

Later this month, Tony Award winner Leslie Odom, Jr will perform a free concert at The Cooper Union as part of the school's 165th anniversary. The event is part of The Cooper Union’s Gardiner Foundation Great Hall Forum series and will take place on Monday, June 16 from 8:00-9:30 PM.

In 1973 George Lucas wrote a story titled “The Adventures of Indiana Smith”, inspired by the adventure films of the 1930s and 1940s. While on holiday with Steven Spielberg, Lucas pitched his story, and convinced him to direct a trilogy of films. Spielberg suggested that the surname was changed to Jones and the rest is history. Simply known as Raiders of the Lost Ark when it was originally released, the film features an incredible score by the great John Williams.

According to new reports, Tony Winners Rachel Bay Jones and Danny Burstein will star alongside newcomer Ana Sharp in an independent film from Laura Somers called Rise and Shine. Based on a true story, the film follows Janice Steele and her daughter Terri who makes the transition from homeschool to public school. Janice, who was born with cerebral palsy and a developmental delay, inspires those around her in this new environment with her positivity.

Out of the Question is composed entirely of songs in search of answers, from “Where Are You Going?” to Carole King’s “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?” It features an all-star, all-women band, including Carmen Staaf on piano, Allison Miller on drums, and Mimi Jones on bass, with special guests Roxy Coss on sax, Aubrey Johnson on vocals, and Andrew Baird on guitar.
