When misfortune befalls George Bailey on Christmas Eve, guardian angel Clarence swoops in to remind him of all the good he has done in the lives of those who love him most. A holiday tradition alive onstage, It's A Wonderful Life brings us the timeless message that faith, hope, and family make life truly wonderful. Co-directed by Tonasia Jones and Artistic Associate and Young Company Alum Tyler Rosati, performances run November 29 - December 23, 2018. The Press Opening is Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 3:00pm.
TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD to Go to Trial in New York in June

The Broadway-bound production of To Kill a Mockingbird has been in legal trouble for some time, but answers may be coming soon. Yesterday an Alabama court judge granted Scott Rudin's request for an expedited trial and agreed to move the adjudication to the Southern New York circuit. The two-week trial is scheduled to begin June 4.

The Barrow Group Theatre Company, recipient of the Drama Desk and Lucille Lortel Awards, has announced its lineup for the 2017-2018 season with the New York premiere of Muswell Hill, a play by Torben Betts, followed by the world premiere of The Thing With Feathers, a new play by Scott Organ, the revival of A Walk in the Woods by Lee Blessing, and a special benefit performance of the award-winning solo play The Tricky Part by Martin Moran at The Barrow Group Mainstage Theatre (312 West 36th Street, 3rd Floor).

The 2017 Summer Jamfest is in full swing at Centenary Stage Company as The British Invasion Years take the Sitnik stage on Saturday, July 29 . Formed in 1995, the band originally focused on their classic rock tribute shows and released two critically acclaimed albums before narrowing their focus to their favorite music - 1960s pop and rock. Branded as "three shows in one," the show takes the audience through the entire decade from The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and The Monkees to The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, and The Who. The British Invasion Years will travel on a nostalgic journey grooving through some of the world's most famous and well-loved tunes.

A spirited audience of thousands went back to campus with stripped-down collegians who offered a sexy lacrosse scrimmage, a Pavlovian psychology experiment, a pumped-up pep rally and a fierce feminist studies class at Broadway Bares: Strip U, this year's edition of the annual highly choreographed, highly produced striptease spectacular. Produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Broadway Bares: Strip U raised $1,568,114 in two performances on June 18, 2017, at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom. Beloved Broadway shows were stripped down, sexied up and given a Broadway Bares twist at this year's edition of Broadway Bares Fire Island. Inspired by some of the theatre's greatest hits and set to pop music, the evening brought Broadway style to classic striptease. Twenty-six of New York City's best dancers came together in Fire Island Pines on June 3, 2017, and raised a record-breaking $56,533 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
