GABRIELLE STRAVELLI will debut at Birdland Jazz (315 West 44th Street in Manhattan) on Sunday, September 24 at 6:00 PM.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts will officially re-open the Terrace Theater on Friday, October 6, kicking off a month-long suite of performances that highlight the theater's unique position as the Center's most intimate and versatile space. The re-opening follows a 16-month renovation intended to update the theater and facilities, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Gabrielle Stravelli - the celebrated pop/jazz vocalist and songwriter - will perform two special New York engagements this summer, riding a wave of rave reviews for her latest album Dream Ago. 

The Hanover Theatre and WICN Radio, in collaboration with The Theatre District Alliance, will present Jazz at Sunset, featuring rising superstar Grace Kelly. Friday, July 21, the area behind The Hanover Theatre will be transformed into an outdoor, picnic-style concert venue for the 6:30 p.m. concert. Food trucks, cash bars and Theatre District Alliance exhibits promoting neighborhood businesses and organizations will also be present.

Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts today announced programming for its 2017–2018 jazz season, the sixth presented under Artistic Director for Jazz Jason Moran, who has extended his contract with the Kennedy Center to continue in this role through 2021.
