Arthur Darvill and Joanna Christie recently made their Broadway debuts starring in the 8-time Tony Award-winning Best Musical Once at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre on April 23rd. The actors took over from the temporary leads Ben Hope and Laura Dreyfuss, who, as planned and scheduled, resume being standbys for 'Guy' and 'Girl.' Check out photos of the new cast in action below! ONCE's Steve Kazee, Cristin Milioti, Will Connolly and Elizabeth A. Davis, from the original cast, played their final performance yesterday, March 24, 2013. Beginning tomorrow, March 26, Ben Hope will play the role of 'Guy,' Laura Dreyfuss will play the role of 'Girl,' Carlos Valdeswill play the role of 'Andrej' and Claire Wellin will play the role of 'Reza'. It will feature a mixture of Folk/rock/theater selections from A Lasting Impression (NJ Playwrights Award and Pace New Musicals 2012), Orphan Songs and will DEBUT material from Painless-a new project with book by Michael Kimmel (The Last Goodbye, Turn of the Screw) and music and lyrics by Zoe Sarnak. Tickets are a cash donation of your choice at the door to raise money for the new musical Born Blue, which benefits St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
