THE GREEN ROOM 42 will present the return of The Real Housewives of New York: The Parody Musical on Friday, June 16 at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM.

The Grand Opera House has unveiled its 2023-2024 Broadway in Wilmington season at The Playhouse on Rodney Square.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 has announced that the Lady Bunny show “Don’t Bring the Kids,” an hour of jokes and demented song parodies from the New York drag legend, has extended its run due to popular demand.

Foresight Theatrical, a leading Broadway general management company, under the supervision of partners Allan Williams, Aaron Lustbader and Mark Shacket, has named Lane Marsh as Director of Operations.  Marsh, also a general manager at FST, has been with the company since its formation in 2012.   The FST partners also announced that Nick Ginsberg and Jalaina Ross have been promoted to general managers.

Irish Repertory Theatre has added five additional performances for Love Letters by A.R. Gurney, directed by Ciarán O’Reilly (Endgame), starring Tony Award winner Matthew Broderick and Tony Award winner Laura Benanti.

Sarasota Opera has announced the lineup for the 2023 Summer Classic Movies at the Opera House. The Classic Movies at the Opera House series featuring many beloved movies will open on Friday, May 12th at 7:30 pm with 2001: A Space Odyssey. Throughout the summer and into the fall, featured movies will include films ranging from the 1930's to the 1990's. Tickets will be $12 and will go on sale starting on Wednesday, May 3. The Golden Globe Award-winning actress, most known for her film roles in Peggy Sue Got Married, Prizzi's Honor, and Who Framed Roger Rabbit? will perform songs and share stories from her one-woman cabaret, Finding My Voice at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill for one night only to support PlayMakers Repertory Company's programs.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 will present original Into the Woods star Danielle Ferland in her solo concert debut, “Sing for Your Ghosts,” with two shows on Saturday, May 20 and Sunday, May 21, both at 7:00 PM.

All in all, though, for her first time being shot out of a musical cannon, performing her own show in the singer spotlight in the HUGE (and packed) City Winery, Ms. Amy Irving landed on her feet and brought a lot of joy to the assembled parties.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 will present Academy Award nominee Chris Sarandon and Tony-nominated actor and comedian Mario Cantone in a one-night-only live recording podcast episode of “Cooking By Heart” on Thursday, April 20 at 7:00 PM.

Members of the Broadway community and beyond will take part in a concert of select songs from a new queer musical penned by SMJ, Natalie Myrick, & Sarah Flaim on Sunday, April 23rd.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 will present James Jackson, Jr. and John-Andrew Morrison in “5 Questions with James and JAM – LIVE!” for three shows on April 17, May 15 and June 12, all Monday evenings at 7:00 PM.
