It's back! Bridge Street Theatre' hugely popular Cabaret Series returns to Catskill on April 8th at 8:00pm. And the first installment will feature series curator (and part time Catskill resident) Tom Andersen himself in an exhilarating evening of tunes from the Great American Songbook, Broadway, Country Music, and his own teeming and talented brain called 'My Favorite Sings'. And to give the evening an even more distinctive 'local' twist, Mr. Andersen will be joined onstage by Jumbo Bungalow - the husband-and-wife team of Catskill ukulele virtuoso extraordinaire Carmen Borgia and BST's own resident diva (and star of their production of SOUVENIR) Alison Davy.

2017 Sundance Film Festival Awards Celebrate Global Independent Creative

After 10 days, 119 feature films and three feet of snow, an evening of humor and humanity marked the 2017 Sundance Film Festival's Awards Ceremony, with host Jessica Williams emceeing and jurors presenting 27 prizes for feature filmmaking in Park City, Utah. Honorees, named in total below, range from sharp comedies to provocative and timely documentaries and represent new achievements in global independent storytelling. Human stories prevailed across categories, with Grand Jury Prizes awarded to Dina (U.S. Documentary), Last Men in Aleppo (World Documentary), I don't feel at home in this world anymore. (U.S. Dramatic) and The Nile Hilton Incident (World Dramatic). Chasing Coral, showcased in the Festival's environmental program The New Climate, won an Audience Award in the U.S. Documentary category.

Ranging from the great duo Tommy Femia and Steven Brinberg (Judy and Barbra) to nationally known singer/actress Linda Purl, from Peter Rapanano's Christmas Show to the hilarious Hedda Lettuce and ending with a New Year's Eve like none other with Comedian Julie Goldman, The RRazz Room at the Raven in New Hope brings great variety to audiences in November and December at Bucks County's premiere supper club. The beautiful, intimate club is programmed by Robert Kotonly and partner Rory Paull (the two "R's" in RRazz), who created the celebrated and iconic Rrazz Room in San Francisco.
