This year, Donna Karan, Liza Minelli, and Howard and Cindy Rachofsky were added to the illustrious list. The annual gala, which has raised nearly $10 million over the years to support AIDS research, HIV prevention, treatment education, and the advocacy of sound AIDS-related public policy, celebrated the new honorees on February 12 at Cipriani 42nd Street with an unofficial pre-party to New York's Fashion Week

Candice Bergen, Ken Auletta, Jennifer Bartlett and Donald Zucker, with Emcee Marshall Brickman will be at Guild Hall's Academy of The Arts Awards. Guild Hall's Academy of the Arts will present honorees with awards for their work in Performing Arts, Literary Arts, Visual Arts and Leadership and Philanthropic Endeavors at their 24th Annual Lifetime Achievement Awards.

Due to the on-going Hollywood writers' strike, The 65th Annual Golden Globe Awards NBC telecast and champagne dinner in The Beverly Hilton's International Ballroom was officially cancelled last week and instead the Hollywood Foreign Press Association revealed the winners during an hour-long HFPA press conference at The Beverly Hilton.

Due to the on-going Hollywood writers' strike, The 65th Annual Golden Globe Awards NBC telecast and champagne dinner in The Beverly Hilton's International Ballroom is officially cancelled.
