“All For A Song,” is a new musical based on the life and career of Kansas City Jazz Legend Myra Taylor, who wrote such hits as “Spider and the Fly,””Take It Easy Greasy” and “Still Water.” She was also the first person to record the perennial classic “I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire,” with Harlan Leonard and His Rockets.

Judy Tenuta is the most famous person who has ever lived...and if you don't believe it, just ask her. Judy's stand-up routine is appropriately described as outrageous, mind-blowing comedy. Her one-woman show promises to be nothing less. In fact, Judy recently became an ordained minister, and has been known to convert her audiences to her own fan based signature religion, 'Judyism.'

Frank Wildhorn returned to his roots at the Pantages Theatre, where he got his start in the lobby of the Pantages and played to a group that included J. On January 17th, TCL (formerly Grauman's) Chinese Theatre presented a public screening of 'THE BIRDS' featuring a Q&A with cast co-stars Tippi Hedren and Veronica Cartwright. Celebrities and art lovers gathered tonight for Art Project Los Angeles - the third annual red-carpet art auction and gala event benefiting AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA). The event raised over $180,000 for APLA, which provides direct care services and HIV prevention programs to more than 11,000 Angelenos.

Two events will be featured at The Grove Theatre and Academy: Saturday, April 14th at 8:00 pm, The Perfect Gentlemen will blend their special brand of music and humor; and on April 21st at 8:00 pm, Judy Tenuta will perform with her unique brand of adult humor.

That same year, she became the national spokesperson for a series of Diet Dr. Pepper commercials. The self-described 'Love Goddess' and 'Aphrodite of the Accordion' has made hundreds of guest and co-hosting appearances on such popular TV shows as 'The View', 'Late Night with David Letterman', 'Larry King Live', 'Entertainment Tonight', and 'Comics Unleashed'.
