Three of L.A.'s most venerable artistic directors come together when Odyssey Theatre Ensemble (Ron Sossi, artistic director) and The New American Theatre (Jack Stehlin, artistic director) present a bold new production of Shakespeare's Othello, directed by Rogue Machine artistic director John Perrin Flynn. The modern dress production, starring Stehlin as Iago opposite A Martinez in the title role, opens for press on Oct. 17 at the Odyssey Theatre in West L.A.

"Million Dollar Quartet" Chicago theatre star Lance Lipinsky, a 28-year-old Texas native, carries on the tradition of Jerry Lee Lewis, Ray Charles and Fats Domino in a crusade that is the "retro revival." The head-turning music star shares explosive stage energy with his rockabilly band The Lovers, a Chicago-based quintet with John Perrin on drums, Zach Lentino on bass, Wyatt Maxwell on guitar, and Jess Lyons and Darcy Jo Wood with backup vocals.
