Written and directed by Joe Ricci, The Chrysalis, explores family life when John's daughters (bohemian artist, Vicki, and her workaholic sister, Kerrigan) come home for a Sunday dinner and he drops the bombshell that not only is he selling the family home, but he's also joined 'Silver Foxes,' a dating site for sophisticated singles over sixty.

This week, the second show of its season begins performances in the downstairs Hays Theatre June 16–July 9: the premiere of Squirrel Screams and Other Dating Sounds starring Kaitlyn Black from TV’s Heart of Dixie and Josephine Rose Roberts (Rock of Ages on Broadway).

The Madison Theatre at Molloy College in Rockville Centre, Long Island will launch its Signature Theater Series this summer with top artists from the worlds of Broadway, music & TV on fully staged productions of In The Heights, Xanadu and All Shook Up, plus the NY premiere of Ella, First Lady of Song starring Grammy-nominated singer & actress Freda Payne, and the world premiere of the play Squirrel Screams and Other Dating Sounds.

IMAGINE: A Celebration of Love, a benefit concert to raise funds to benefit Cancer Research through the Brian Werbel Memorial Fund at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center, will take place on Monday, June 13th at 8:00 pm City Winery (155 Varick St.).  All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Brian Werbel Memorial Fund. All for One Theater, known for full-length solo shows seen at stages across America since 2011, is presenting two Off-Broadway productions for their Spring Season. All Over The Map, written and performed by Bill Bowers (directed by Martha Banta) will begin performances Thursday, April 21st and open Wednesday, April 27th for a limited run through Sunday, May 8th. Thao's Library, written and performed by Elizabeth Van Meter (directed by Joe Ricci), will begin performances on Wednesday, April 20th and open Thursday, April 28th for a limited run through Saturday, May 7th.
