CNN and other news sources are reporting that members of Natasha Richardson's family are gathering at the New York City hospital where the Tony-winning actress was reportedly taken with a serious head injury after falling on a Canadian resort ski slope.

Tony winning actress Natasha Richardson was privately flown away from the Montreal hospital where she was being treated Tuesday afternoon as speculation swirled regarding the seriousness of her condition after her fall at the upscale Mont Tremblant ski resort.

CBC News is updating that British actress Natasha Richardson left a Montreal hospital this morning after being injured in a skiing accident north of the city a day earlier, but the condition of the Tony Award-winner could not be confirmed at press time.

TMZ is reporting that Natasha Richardson has been flown to a new hospital in relation to needed care regarding her treatment, the hospital told TMZ Richardson is sedated and suffering from brain swelling -- but is not brain dead. Richardson was accompanied by a medical team for the flight

In this interview Jane Waldman reports on LuPone's new CD on Ghostlight Records, 'Patti PuPone at Les Mouches;' a live recording of the legend's 1980 nightclub act that she performed on Saturdays during her run in 'Evita.'

But there was another Patti LuPone performance taking place -- one that only a comparative handful of people were aware of: Every Saturday night at midnight, for 27 weeks, after performing one of the most demanding roles ever, she made her way to Les Mouches - a legendary nightclub in New York City, to perform a solo concert...This was a one-woman tour de force that -- until now -- only the lucky few who were on hand knew about.

Patti LuPone made a surprise appearance at Splash in support of her new CD, 'Patti LuPone at Les Mouches,' out next week.
