In partnership with the University of Utah School of Medicine's Division of Medical Ethics and Humanities, UtahPresents brings the powerful one-man play Mercy Killers to the Eccles Auditorium at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Mercy Killers, written and performed by Michael Milligan and directed by Tom Oppenheim, will be performed on Friday, November 6 at 7:00 PM, with a talkback following the performance. Tickets are $20, with a $5 ticket for U of U students and a $10 ticket for non-U students and youth 18 and under, and are available at 801-581-7100 or utahpresents.org.

The Telegraph writes that actress Joanna Lumley has started a fundraising campaign featuring a production of PETER PAN author J.M. Barrie's lost play BANDELERO THE BANDIT. The Scottish Youth Theatre will revive the work in a reading this week, June 26, at Dumfries Academy, where Barrie went to school.

Olivier Award-nominated The Play That Goes Wrong today announces that it will extend its run for a second time, until 14 February 2016. The smash hit comedy, currently playing at the Duchess Theatre, has also added the 14 February 2016 performance for those that would like to book ahead - but with tickets remaining at 2015 prices.

The producers of THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG have announced that something has gone spectacularly right. With their advertising campaign encouraging people to 'SAVE MONEY - DON'T COME' which apparently has not worked, the show that they capitalised in the West End for £250,000 and opened at the Duchess Theatre at the beginning of September, written by and starring unknown out of work actors, has already recouped all of its production costs and is now turning a weekly profit.
