This Thursday, June 9th at the El Portal Theater in North Hollywood, an elite cast of Broadway veterans will take to the stage for a one-night only benefit concert performing numbers from the award-winning Broadway shows that put them on the map. 100% of the proceeds from this stellar night of song and dance will benefit the Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission. Panera Bread has graciously come on board to sponsor the evening.  Currently in rehearsals, the cast of over 50 Broadway performers, ensemble singers, and dancers is prepping for what is sure to be a thrilling night of theatre in Los Angeles.

Just days before New York City gathers to honor Broadway at the 70th Annual Tony Awards, the best and brightest Broadway performers are being assembled to celebrate and give back right here in Los Angeles.

What happens when you combine Avenue Q-like puppet humor with the wild world of theatre casting? Maybe something like Penelope, PCSA, a character created by Rodney To and Jordan Kai Burnett. Below, watch as Jessica-Snow Wilson and Scott Barnhardt take their turns to impress Penelope.

Choreographers Kyle Abraham, Jessica Lang and Reggie Wilson have been awarded New York City Center's 2015 Choreography Fellowships. The Fellowship supports choreographers at critical stages in their careers and reflects City Center's long history of nurturing dance makers, from George Balanchine to Christopher Wheeldon.

The highly acclaimed Los Angeles concert series TRIPLE THREAT starts its 2015 season on Monday Feb 16 in its new home at The E Spot in Studio City. Now in its second year, Michael-Leon Wooley will once again be the host and creative force behind the series that showcases the best of Broadway as performed by 'triple threat' Broadway performers who are now living and working in L.A.

I HEAR VOICES: SONGS FOR PSYCHOSIS, a benefit concert with proceeds going to Medicinal Missions, produced by Kevin Field and Adam Kern with music direction by Kevin Field and Bryan Blaskie, was held on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Rockwell Table and Stage. Starring Judy Norton of The Waltons, alongside Lynn Lowery from George A. On September 15, 2014, Vitello's Jazz and Supperclub presents Jessica Snow Wilson, Deedee Magno Hall and Yvette Cason in Triple Threat, a monthly Broadway concert series featuring some of LA's finest Broadway talent. Hosted by Michael-Leon Wooley (Little Shop of Horrors, Five Guys Named Moe, The Music Man), Jessica Snow Wilson (Little Shop of Horrors, Les Miserables), Deedee Magno Hall (Miss Saigon), and Yvette Cason (Dreamgirls, Play On!) will present a night of Broadway standards to pop and jazz music, as well as a few original songs.
