Batman, Producers), the country's premier producer of new LGBT-themed plays, continues its Fourth Annual Festival, a five-week event (May 6 - June 6, 2010) filled with new theatre works spotlighting gay issues, conclude the festival with the world premiere of the new musical This One Girl's Story (inspired by the proud life of Sakia Gunn), based on a true story with book by Bil Wright, music and lyrics by Dionne McClain-Freeney.

Bruce Robert Harris and Jack W. Batman, lead producers of Leslie Jordan's hit autobiographical romp, My Trip Down The Pink Carpet, announced today that the show will have a limited engagement in London's West End early next year.

Members of Bond Street Theatre, performing for children in the refugee schools, met a dauntless group of Afghan actors who dared to present live theatre despite the restrictions of the times. Bond Street Theatre returns to BTP with the world premier of The Mechanical. Parts Monty Python and The Twilight Zone, The Mechanical transplants the outcast creature from Mary Shelley's novel 'Frankenstein' into the true story of a sensational chess-playing robot built in the late 18th century. Known as The Turk, the chess-playing automaton amazed royalty, foreshadowed computers, and duped the public with its clever design.
