Open Road Films has acquired worldwide rights to horror comedy Studio 666, starring Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett & Rami Jaffee. The all-star cast also includes Whitney Cummings, Leslie Grossman, Will Forte, Jenna Ortega and Jeff Garlin.

The new installation of the classic horror film series marks the return of Neve Campbell in her role as Sidney Prescott, also starring Country Cox, David Arquette, and In The Heights star Melissa Barrera. Watch the trailer now!

Also joining the cast are Issac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams, Victor Dorobantu as Thing, and George Burcea as Lurch.The new additions will join the previously announced Jenny Ortega as Wednesday, Catherine Zeta Jones as Morticia, and Luis Guzmán as Gomez.

The series follows Wednesday Addams during her years as a student at Nevermore Academy while she masters her emerging psychic ability, thwarts a monstrous killing spree that has terrorized the local town, and solves the supernatural mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago.

Previously announced cast include lead Jenna Ortega  (Scream, The Fallout) who plays “Wednesday,” in the character’s first young-adult television series; and Luis Guzmán (Boogie Nights, Traffic, Carlito’s Way) who will guest star as “Gomez Addams.” 

The story follows high schooler Vada (Ortega) as she navigates the emotional fallout she experiences in the wake of a school tragedy. Relationships with her family and friends, as well as her view of the world, are forever altered.

The character has been portrayed in television, film, video games and even musicals, but Wednesday has always been part of The Addams Family ensemble until now -- in her first young adult television series.

Always feeling like they have to say NO to their kids and co-workers, Allison and Carlos decide to give their three kids a YES DAY -- where for 24 hours the kids make the rules.
