Following its record-breaking run earlier this year, Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story on Stage shimmies and shakes its way back to the Dominion Theatre in 2023 for a limited time only.

Dirty Dancing is back! Exploding with heart pounding music, breathtaking emotion and sensationally sexy dancing. Featuring 35 hit songs, including Hungry Eyes, Hey Baby, Do You Love Me? and the heart stopping (I've Had) The Time of My Life.

THE LAST SHIP, starring and featuring original music and lyrics by 17-time Grammy Award® winner Sting, will make its Washington, D.C. premiere at the National Theatre from March 27 - April 5 as part of an international tour.

Sting stopped by The Late Late Show with James Corden last night, where he performed 'The Last Ship' from the musical of the same name. He was joined on stage by cast members from the show's currently running national tour.

The real star of the show is its designed-to-travel, multi-level scenic design by 59 Productions, enhanced by sound designer Sebastian Front and lighting designer Matt Daw, which includes some of the most amazing projections I have ever witnessed that completely transform into the many scenes required, from the shipyard, inside homes, the local beer pub, to an extraordinary church interior that generated gasps from the audience, as well as the appearance of waves crashing on the docks and snow falling. But it is the final scene when the Utopia, the last ship to be built, launches from the soon-to-close shipyard that will take your breath away. It's just a shame it takes almost 3 hours to get to it.

Sting's The Last Ship Opened last night at Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles. Those in attendance included Pierce Brosnan, Courteney Cox, Keala Settle, Melanie Griffith and more.

Production photos and footage have just been released of Sting's musical, THE LAST SHIP. The national tour of THE LAST SHIP is now playing in Los Angeles at Center Theatre Group's Ahmanson Theatre through February 16 followed by engagements at the Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco, Washington D.C. at the National Theatre; St. Paul, MN at the Ordway and Detroit, MI at the Detroit Opera House.

A worldwide sensation when she was only ten years old, Jackie Evancho is moving past the exuberant promise of a child prodigy vocalist, toward maturity as a singer, as a creative artist and as a young woman. Fresh from her spotlight performance of the National Anthem at the Presidential inauguration in January, she seizes the moment with the release of Two Hearts, the album not only features popular hits both old and new, and classical crossover Italian songs, but also Jackie's emerging gifts as a collaborative songwriter. With the release of Two Hearts, the amazing journey of Jackie Evancho reaches an exciting new place, both creatively and personally. The album's title says a lot about growth: Jackie's heart is always in the classical crossover singing her fans love, but she is discovering another facet of her work, her range and, thus, her heart - a love of songwriting and a new, expressive pop sound. I remember studying Abigail's Party in school and watching the 1977 television Play For Today version, based on the original Hampstead Theatre production. The dialogue is colloquial and there is nothing complex about the content. It is a situational drama crammed full of every day occurrences, stressing on the naturalness of conversation e.g. awkward pauses, of which there is a lot of them! The characters and strength of the acting ensure the success of the writing and those involved in the Curve's latest production do just that.
