USA Network Joins Denis Leary & Jim Serpico to Develop Comedy Pilot

Denis Leary has signed on to develop and co-write a half-hour pilot, an adaptation of the highly anticipated British Channel 4 television series 'Sirens,' which follows the humorous antics and dramatic conflicts of young paramedics, it was announced today by Bill McGoldrick, senior vice president, original scripted programming, USA. Naked Angels will celebrate its 25th Anniversary as one of the most innovative theatre companies in New York with a spectacular Gala at Roseland Ballroom (239 West 52nd Street). Naked Angels company members Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are Honorary Co-Chairs for the event. Conceived as an imagined history of Naked Angels - and promising to be bigger than all of the company's previous parties put together - One Big Ball will be a frivolous and inauthentic romp through Naked Angels' 25 years, written and performed by Naked Angels members, with many friends and surprise guests. Mark Stern Named President of Syfy Programming

Mark Stern was named President, Original Programming, Syfy, it was announced today by Dave Howe, President, Syfy and Chiller, to whom he reports. Stern also serves as co-head, original content, Universal Cable Productions, and will now have creative oversight on the newly formed Syfy Films, a joint venture with Universal Pictures. (more...)

Barbara Manocherian, Richard Willis and Anthony Barrile in association with Naked Angels (Geoffrey Nauffts, Artistic Director; John Alexander, Managing Director; Andy Donald, Associate Artistic Director; Brittany O'Neill, Producer) are pleased to announce that the critically acclaimed original cast will return for the Broadway run of NEXT FALL, the new American play by Geoffrey Nauffts and directed by Sheryl Kaller.
