The San Francisco Early Music Society's 2017-18 concert season continues the weekend of November 17 with three concerts by Los Angeles-based Ciaramella, specializing in medieval and early Renaissance music.

The San Francisco Early Music Society's 2017-18 concert season kicks off the weekend of October 20 with three concerts by The Aulos Ensemble. The venerable original instrument ensemble will perform a program devoted to Handel and His World, featuring selections from Henry Purcell's The Fairy Queen, one of Telemann's Paris Quartets and several more pieces for three and four voices by both Handel and Telemann.

One of the nation's leading organizations for the advancement of early music, the San Francisco Early Music Society (SFEMS) has announced the program for its 2017-18 Concert Season featuring some of the most exciting early music practitioners here and abroad in seven wide-ranging programs. The season runs from October 20 through May 6, with each program presented in Palo Alto, Berkeley and San Francisco.

The Vienna Boys Choir will be coming to the Colonial on December 9 at 7:30pm. Tickets are $55 and $35 and may be purchased in person at the Colonial Ticket Office at 111 South Street Monday-Friday 10pm-5pm, performance Saturdays 10pm-2pm, by calling (413) 997-4444 or online at www.TheColonialTheatre.org.
