The long arm of the sword will come to an end on Sunday July 13 when the award-winning 'Monty Python's SPAMALOT' ends its historic run at Wynn Las Vegas. SPAMALOT began its reign in the desert on March 31, 2007 and tells the legendary tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table and their quest for the Holy Grail. SPAMALOT features silly songs, dancing divas, knights in tights, feisty Frenchmen and a happy ending! It will have played 509 performances.

When it opened on Broadway in 2005 it instantly became difficult to find fresh adjectives - rather, superlatives - to describe 'Spamalot', the musical (as the subtitle says) 'lovingly ripped off' from the 1975 film, 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail.'
