Company of Fools Presents OTHER DESERT CITIES, 7/2-28 by BWW News Desk - May 16, 2013
Hidden secrets are unearthed and family tensions fly high in Pulitzer Prize nominee Jon Robin Baitz's contemporary family drama Other Desert Cities, hailed by the New York Times as "the best new play on Broadway" in 2011. Richmond Theatre Critics Circle award winner and Company of Fools' founder Rusty Wilson returns to direct the Idaho premiere of the show with a standout cast that features Keith Moore, Denise Simone and Patsy Wygle and guest actors Hanna Cheek and Adrian Rieder. Other Desert Cities runs July 2-27, 2013 at the Liberty Theatre. (more...)

Company of Fools has secured the rights to some of the most electrifying theatre today including Doubt, The 39 Steps and God of Carnage. Well - they've just added another! Company of Fools has announced that it has received the rights to Jon Robin Baitz's award-winning play Other Desert Cities, which will run from July 2-27 at the Liberty Theatre. (more...)

Sun Valley Center's multidisciplinary project Home Front running now through May 25 explores the ways individuals recover from and communities respond to the realities of war. Horse Trade Theater Group to Send Off The Red Room with BLAZE OF GLORY, 3/1-30 by BWW

After 15 years Horse Trade Theater Group is sad to announce that they will no longer be operating out of The Red Room, a 32-seat theater located on the third floor of 85 East 4th Street. The landlord has decided to repurpose the space, and it will no longer be a performing arts venue. Horse Trade will be searching for a new third venue, and in the meantime will continue to operate out of The Kraine Theater at 85 East 4th Street and UNDER St. Marks at 94 St. Marks Place, for the foreseeable future. Horse Trade couldn't let The Red Room go without a proper send-off! So the month of March will be full of special events in The Red Room, as they say goodbye to a beloved East Village staple.
