Jon Favreau to Return as Actor for IRON MAN 3

E!online reports that Jon Favreau will give up his director's hat for the upcoming sequel IRON MAN 3 and instead appear in an acting capacity. The actor will reprise his role as Tony Stark's bodyguard, Happy Hogan in the film. (more...)

Confirmed: Julian Ovenden-Led FINDING NEVERLAND to Premiere at UK's Curve Theatre, Sept. 21 - Oct. 18

Museum of the Moving Image Presents Wes Anderson Retrospective, 5/18-27

American director Wes Anderson has built colorful, beautifully realized worlds in his seven feature films, from his stunning debut Bottle Rocket to his latest Cannes Film Festival opening feature, Moonrise Kingdom. From May 18 through 27, 2012, Museum of the Moving Image will present a Wes Anderson retrospective including all of his features and the short Hotel Chevalier, as well as a special screening of Orson Welles’s The Magnificent Ambersons—a film that inspired Anderson. Each screening in the series will open with a personal video introduction by Wes Anderson. (more...)

THE AVENGERS On Track to Break U.S. Box Office Record

Marvel's THE AVENGERS Breaks Box Office Records Overseas

Gwyneth Paltrow in Talks to Star in FINDING NEVERLAND Musical?

The Daily Mail's Baz Bamigboye today reports that Gwyneth Paltrow has been offered a role in the musical version of FINDING NEVERLAND, which will play Leicester's Curve Theatre in September 2012. Paltrow would play 'Sylvia Llewelyn Davies', whose children inspired J.M. Barrie to write Peter Pan. Julian Overden is currently set to lead the production, which will be directed and choreographed by Rob Ashford. (more...)
