Green Day will make their South By Southwest debut today, March 15th, two weeks prior to them hitting the road at a special double feature screening of films at the Paramount Theatre, the world premiere of Broadway Idiot and the Green Day documentary ˇCuatro! Billie Joe Armstrong to Write Songs for THESE PAPER BULLETS Musical at Yale Rep; Opens in March 2014 by BWW News Desk - Mar 14, 2013
According to the New York Times, Broadway veteran and Green Day member Billie Joe Armstrong is set to write songs for 'These Paper Bullets' at Yale Repertory Theater. The show, which is a rock version of 'Much Ado About Nothing,' will premiere in March 2014. The show will be directed by Jackson Gay, and will be about 'a band from Liverpool dealing with romance and the music industry in London.' (more...)
