Inspired by her family becoming involved in hosting asylum seekers in their homes, and Rob Lawrie, the former soldier arrested at the Calais border trying to smuggle a child refugee in his van, writer Grace Chapman started developing Don't Look Away in 2017, the same year it was longlisted for the Papatango playwriting award. Through further development the play now makes its production debut in this small UK tour, culminating in a run as part of the Pleasance Islington's flagship new writing season.

The cast has been announced for Don't Look Away by NOVAE theatre, touring the UK 16 April - 18 May.

HISTORY is remembering the events of September 11, 2001 with a new two-hour documentary: '9/11: Escape From the Towers' premiering Today, September 11 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HISTORY. '9/11: Escape From the Towers' provides a unique perspective on the tragic events through interwoven stories of survivors from two floors of the World Trade Center, some closest to the impact zone. With never-before-told stories from occupants of the 81st floor in the North Tower and the 77th floor in the South Tower of the World Trade Center, '9/11: Escape From the Towers' provides an unsettling perspective of what it was like to be inside the buildings on that fatal day, as individuals came together as a group to make it to safety. '9/11: Escape From the Towers' is part of HISTORY 100, the network's new original documentary strand comprised of significant stories in American history deserving to be told.

Renowned choreographer Arlene Phillips is making her pantomime debut in as Fairy Bowbells in New Wimbledon Theatre's Christmas Pantomime, DICK WHITTINGTON, from Friday 9 December 2016 to Sunday 15 January 2017.
