With an astounding array of outrageous costumes and featuring a score of dance-floor classics, Priscilla Queen of the Desert the Musical opened at the Palace Theatre in March 2009. The production will now have its final West End performance on 31 December 2011.

The Tony Award winning smash hit PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT, produced by 'The Divine Miss M' Bette Midler, knows how to give people a good time - inside the theater and out! First there were the delicious Magnolia cupcakes, and now every New Yorker's favorite frozen treat, Tasti D-Lite, will reveal a brand new flavor inspired by PRISCILLA - 'DIVABERRY by Priscilla.' The new flavor will debut at the Times Square Tasti D-Lite (1588 Broadway) on Tuesday, November 1, and will be available exclusively at that location every Tuesday throughout November. There will also be an in-store raffle during the month to win two tickets to PRISCILLA and a Tasti Treat Card. Additionally, PRISCILLA ticket-holders will receive $1.00 off any Tasti D-Lite treat (including DIVABERRY by Priscilla) by showing their ticket (offer valid 11/01/11-11/30/11 at Times Square location only). Get out your most fabulous frock and put on that bedazzled thinking cap! The Tony Award winning smash hit PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT, produced by 'The Divine Miss M' Bette Midler, will host an exclusive trivia contest with NBC 4 New York's 'Meg-A-Phone' on Saturday, October 22, 2011 between 9-10AM. Five finalists will each win a pair of tickets to PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT on Broadway. The grand prize winner will receive round-trip travel from New York to famed Uluru (Ayers Rock) in Australia's Northern Territory - the setting for the Broadway show; hotel accommodations for five nights; and a touring itinerary for the trip, including some of Australia's most iconic landmark destinations such as Uluru (Ayers Rock), Kings Canyon and Alice Springs.
