The wait is over! Popejoy Hall announces the 2020-2021 season headlined by HAMILTON.

So you're stuck at home. We are too. Good thing there's endless hours of theatrical content available online to fill all your time social distancing. (And no, we're not talking about a good YouTube Spiral.)

Susan Crockett, Ruth Eckerd Hall President & CEO and The Ruth Eckerd Hall Board of Directors announced today that effective Sunday, March 15, Ruth Eckerd Hall is postponing all performances, all education activities and events through Thursday, April 2.

To comply with the order from the State of New York, JERSEY BOYS at New World Stages will not perform until April 13, 2020.

Featuring beloved hits like a?oeSherry,a?? a?oeBig Girls Don't Cry,a?? a?oeWalk Like A Man,a?? a?oeCan't Take My Eyes Off Youa?? and a?oeDecember 1963 (Oh What A Night),a?? Jersey Boys tells the story of the trials and tribulations of the quartet. The audience will learn how they went from being The Four Seasons to being a solo artist of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.

The Jersey Boys crooned their way back into New Orleans hearts this weekend. Returning to the Big Easy with a brand new touring cast, the popular show left audiences testing their vocal cords with Valli's signature falsetto. 

On Stage At Kingsborough presents its 2019-2020 season featuring world class artists from around the globe.  On March 28, Tony and Grammy Award-winning film, stage, and concert artist John Lloyd Young, with Tommy Faragher on piano, will interpret spine-tingling, soul-bearing Broadway showstoppers, including hits from Jersey Boys, The Wiz, Chicago, Hair, and Dreamgirls, along with classics by legendary Broadway writers.

Denver Center for the Performing Arts' Broadway & Cabaret announce the 2020/21 season subscription shows and added attractions. On the full subscription, joining the previously announced To Kill a Mockingbird, is: 1776; Ain't Too Proud a?' The Life and Times of The Temptations; The Other Josh Cohen, produced by DCPA Cabaret; Tootsie; the Tony & Grammy Award-winning Hadestown; Pretty Woman: The Musical; and the highly anticipated, Moulin Rouge! The Musical.

Get ready, New Orleans, one of the most rockin' shows of the season opens at the Saenger Theatre tonight!  JERSEY BOYS is coming to us for the third time in recent years, and I couldn't be happier.  In the show we learn about Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, their rise to stardom, and the work it took to get to the top.  Featured in the show are hit songs like WALK LIKE A MAN, BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY, and SHERRY.

Recently touted as the most versatile and talented tribute act in the nation - The Observer, The Jersey Tenors is the Opera/Rock Mash-up sensation that creates an explosive blend of the most iconic Opera classics alongside such Rock 'N Roll industry greats as Queen, Journey, Elton John, and Billy Joel, to name but a few. But their 'Jersey pride' also brings highlights of hometown heroes like Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, Frank Sinatra, Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Kool and The Gang, and Whitney Houston (Jersey Girl) to The Ridgefield Playhouse stage Friday, April 3 at 8pm.

Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma will present the world premiere of the Native American Musical Distant Thunder this month as part of the organization's New Works Initiative.

Now that the Mardi Gras season has come and gone, Hancock Whitney Broadway in New Orleans will host a Mardi Gras throws donation drive for The Arc of Greater New Orleans (ArcGNO) as part of the JERSEY BOYS weekend engagement at the Saenger Theatre, March 6-8, 2020. For more than 30 years, ArcGNO has created wage-earning jobs for individuals with intellectual disabilities by recycling Mardi Gras throws.

Dates have been announced for the Waterbury return engagement of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. The musical will make its much-anticipated return to Waterbury to play the Palace Theater on March 17. Featuring stars of Broadway hits Jersey Boys, Motown: The Musical and Chazz Palminteri's A Bronx Tale, The Doo Wop Project traces the evolution of Doo Wop, from the classic sound of five guys singing tight harmonies on a street corner to the biggest hits on the radio today. DWP takes the audience on a journey from the songs of groups like the Crests, Belmonts and Flamingos through their influences on the sounds of Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, and The Four Seasons all the way to 'DooWopified' versions of modern musicians like Michael Jackson, Jason Mraz and Maroon 5. The Doo Wop Project comes to The Ridgefield Playhouse Wednesday, March 25 at 7:30pm, part of Northern Trust Broadway & Cabaret Series with support from Teed & Brown, and Pepsi Rock Series powered by Xfinity.

New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) presents Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

Today, the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts announced an additional performance in the 2019-2020 Kauffman Center Presents series. Blippi The Musical will be performed in Muriel Kauffman Theatre at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 19.

The producers of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award winning musical Jersey Boys have announced that Jonathan Cable will join the cast as Nick Massi beginning Monday, February 17 at New York City's New World Stages (340 West 50th Street) Stage 1.
