The Joyce at Lincoln Center to Present Pacific Northwest Ballet

The Joyce Theater Foundation has announced the long-awaited return of Pacific Northwest Ballet, the company’s first full NYC season in six years. Presenting two mixed-bill programs, the company will play Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch Theater, kicking-off with a special gala performance on June 22 followed by two repertory programs through June 26.

Paul Taylor Dance Company Runs for Special Engagement at the Joyce Theater

 Paul Taylor Dance Company (PTDC) will come to the Joyce Theater June 14-19, 2022, offering audiences a unique series of programs that showcase early works choreographed by Paul Taylor including Tracer, Fibers and Aureole, along with a World Premiere by Michelle Manzanales and the New York Premiere of A Call for Softer Landings by Peter Chu, both of which were commissioned by PTDC. This digital program features three quintessential works by Eliot Feld: A Stair Dance (2004) – originally choreographed for adults, Dotty Polkas (2008), and Hello Fancy (1992) – his first ballet for children. Rounding out the digital program, a clip of the Hello Fancy premiere will be introduced by two dancers from the original cast, as well as excerpts of students performing A Stair Dance in the wild.
