Sistas: The Musical has been performing before enthusiastic and often sold-out audiences, for over a year at St. Luke's Theatre and was recently honored with five nominations from the prestigious Audelco Awards. Sistas: The Musical is celebrating the one year milestone at St. Luke's Theatre, and now cast and crew have another reason to celebrate - the play was nominated for five 2012 Audelco Awards; Best Director, Best Ensemble, Best Choreographer, Outstanding Musical Director and Best Musical Production of the Year. SISTAS: The Musical, at St. Lukes Theatre (308 West 46th St.), opened in October of 2011 and was New York Times critic Ben Brantley's pick of the week, is now poised to add a second Saturday performance to their current schedule starting on March 17. Special group pricing will apply to that show only, ($35/person for groups of 10-49 and $32.50 for groups of 50+). (more...)
