Netflix has announced new additions to the cast of Black Rabbit, the upcoming limited series starring Jude Law and Jason Bateman. Among those joining are Academy Award-winning actor Troy Kotsur, Robin De Jesus, Abbey Lee, and Odessa Young. The series follows the owner of a New York City hotspot (Law) who allows his turbulent brother (Bateman) back into his life and opens the door to escalating dangers that threaten to bring down everything he's built.

Starring Jon Bernthal, Wunmi Mosaku, Jamie Hector and Josh Charles, We Own This City was developed by George Pelecanos and David Simon, and directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green. The series chronicles the rise and fall of the Baltimore Police Department's Gun Trace Task Force and the corruption and moral collapse that befell an American city.

Based on the book by Baltimore Sun reporter Justin Fenton, WE OWN THIS CITY chronicles the rise and fall of the Baltimore Police Department's Gun Trace Task Force and the corruption and moral collapse that befell an American city in which the policies of drug prohibition and mass arrest were championed at the expense of actual police work.

Critically-acclaimed Hollywood theatre company The New American Theatre (NAT) will present Anton Chekhov's masterpiece Uncle Vanya, directed by Artistic Director Jack Stehlin, who recently was honored along with managing director/producer Jeannine Wisnosky Stehlin with a career achievement award from Stage Raw. Subtitled 'Scenes from a Country Life in Four Acts,' Uncle Vanya is adapted by the company from a translation by Constance Garnett. Opening weekend begins Friday November 1 at 8pm.

Eastern Soul songstress Nagavalliannounces details on her special performance at Cactus Cafe (2247 Guadalupe St., Austin, Texas) on June 21. Doors for the show open at 8 p.m.with Barbara Nesbitt opening the night at 8:30 p.m., followed by Nagavalli at 9 p.m., who will also bring out Robert Riggio from Atash to play violin.

Today, Eastern Soul songstress Nagavalli premieres the second single from her upcoming album 'Immersion' with founding AUSTIN Magazine, titled “Ram Naam Ras Pije.” 'Immersion' is set to be released this Jan. 18 and can be purchased on iTunes. There will be an official album release show this Sunday, Jan. 20 at the One World Theatre located at 7701 Bee Cave Road, Austin, Texas 78746, in honor of the Women's March happening that weekend. Doors open at 6 p.m. with a pre-show acoustic set by Raina Rose held in the lobby of the theatre.
